From next October 9, until the 18 of the same month, the gastronomic event of the XIV Week of the Cazuelica and the Wine of Navarra.
यी व्यक्तिहरु गैस्ट्रोनोमिक that mix the pairing of dishes with local wines, is organized by the Navarr Hospitality Associationa, which has the help and sponsorship of the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin of Navarra, and with the public entities of the Department of Tourism of the Government of Navarra, the City Council of Pamplona and the Gastronomic Society Gazteluleku.
For this edition of the contest with contest format, a total of 46 hospitality establishments, that like previous editions, they will prepare their miniature elaborations, along with the wine that they destine to their tasting and pairing.
From Pamplona to Tudela fifty excellent stews await us, without forgetting to visit and taste the participations of Noain, Zizur MAyor, Gorraiz, Olite and Puente la Reina.
The price of the set, which the visitor can taste will be € 2,20 and the establishments that present their elaborations can be consulted on the website of the Week of the casserole and the Navarra wine
The Photography of Cazuelas y Vinos will also have its place reserved.
Among the activities scheduled for the gastronomic week, a digital photography contest called Igers Cazuelica and Navarra Wine Contest.
This will be the second time that through the Internet platform Instagram, all those who wish to participate can upload their snapshots while enjoying the excellence of the stews and broths.
You only need to have an account on the platform and of course follow @hostelerianavarra and @vinosnavarra on Instagram, then take the photo, upload it and do not forget to tag it with the official hashtag of the week, # Cazuelica15 and with the other two of the contest #IgersPamplona and #IgersNavarra.
The winners will be chosen by the jury composed of the members of इगर्स, Iker Beroiz and Ana Lópewith, cf. Elena Arrainza of DO Navarra र द्वारा Andrea Chocarro of Navarra Hospitality Association.
The award will not only be digital, half a dozen bottles of the Navarra wines will accompany the author in the awards ceremony on the 22nd, in which the winners of the pairing of Casseroles and Navarra Wine with the awards of Gold, Silver, Bronze, of the week.
